With 18+ years in supply chain, strategy, and execution, I’ve seen what works — and what burns people out. I built Altamira to do both: fix the systems behind the business, and support the people building it.

Because I’ve been there too — juggling team meetings, inventory problems, and a toddler under one arm. I know how easy it is to lose the big picture when everything feels urgent.

That’s why I focus on helping founders and operators create structure that feels doable, not overwhelming — so they can run the business instead of the business running them.
